Chicago-China Resources Group LLC was established to participate in Chicago’s increasingly important relationship with China.

Endorsed by City and State leaders, and backed entirely by private-sector interests, CCRG recognizes the responsibility local business has in complementing economic development and investment attraction efforts. Our mission is straightforward: invest in opportunities that strengthen Chicago’s appeal to Chinese businesses, investors, students, tourists, and families.

Although we evaluate any reasonable opportunity presented to us, our investments generally provide us exposure to 3 long-term trends: 1) Chinese businesses and families are seeking to establish a ‘base’ in North America, 2) Chinese are generally interested in penetrating North American business, academic, and social circles, and 3) Chicago businesses, universities, and investors are increasingly searching for opportunities to get in front of inbound Chinese. In sum, our investments align with Chicago’s interests.
